Now in our 25th year, our team is brimming with new ideas and our services have grown to include sports hospitality, corporate catering and lunches through Table to Table, and luxury canapé delivery brand Pocket Rocket.
We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager to join our sales and event planning team. This role involves working 48 hours per week with a competitive salary of £50,000. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and an innovative thinker with experience managing events at London’s unique venues.
What you’ll do:
- Lead on the planning, organisation and seamless execution of key events
- Create tailored proposals and menu concepts that captivate clients and drive revenue
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, suppliers and partner venues
- Manage budgets, ensuring events are delivered profitably and to the highest standards
- Oversee tastings, site visits and event delivery to ensure flawless guest experiences
- Collaborate with chefs and designers to bring creative ideas to life
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and insight
- Working with the events team, contribute to tenders where necessary
