Job Introduction
Objective and Principal Key Job function:
To support the General Manager in managing the catering function at RA. Primarily this will involve taking the operational lead in a high profile RA contract in the City of London. Building strong client and supplier liaisons is essential as deputising for the General Manager will also factor as part of this role.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a comparative role.
- Strong, quality operational experience with a passion for F&B.
- Articulate and numerate. Able to accurately prepare quotes and reports.
- Awareness of government legislation, including health and safety and employment law.
- Computer literate, with experience and an understanding of restaurant/bar software.
