Blue Apple in Dartford is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team for a fixed-term contract. Location is Dartford, DA2 6SN, with shifts 6:30am–3pm, 40 hours per week, 5/7. Rate of pay is £19 per hour.
The role focuses on menu creation, timely production of dishes, and maintaining high presentation standards. The candidate will develop new service styles and food concepts, and coordinate with teams to order ingredients and plan menus.
