Costa Manager – St James Costa Bexley
40 hours a week/ Up to £36000 per annum (Depending on experience)

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and dedicated Manager to join our team, with the exciting opportunity to step up and lead in the absence of our General Manager. Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences.
As a Costa Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of business goals.
- Ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production.
- Delegate where necessary and ensure the team is pro-active at all times.
- In the absence of the General Manager, assist in the completion of weekly bookwork and any other duties that are deemed necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact and decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager.
- Be pro-active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy, and discretion to solve any problems that may arise.
