£35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays), life assurance, meals on duty and more. The role will own the delivery of a high‑volume retail food and beverage operation, managing up to 16 race days with an estimated income of £12 million. The manager will plan, market and execute retail catering operations, maintaining resourcing, controls and budget to achieve service quality targets.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail and beverage environment.
- Experience in a multisite outlet, stadium or event catering environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with stadium activity.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational and commercial awareness.
- Standards and quality‑driven management style.
- Effective team player with a “can‑do” attitude, energetic, assertive and calm under pressure.
