Your Role:
- Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals tailored to residents\' needs
- Manage stock and suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients and cost control
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness

What We\'re Looking For:
A passionate chef with experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head Chef, Kitchen Manager)
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with email systems, Microsoft Office, and other similar programmes.
Excellent team management and organisational skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable)
A caring and compassionate approach to food service

Our ideal Catering Manager will:
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
- Have experience managing teams in a similar role
- Hold an NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2
- Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
