We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie to work in our Central Production Unit.
Location: SW19 8LG
Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 06.00 to 14.30 (option to start at 05.00 to do the breakfast shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Catering for workplace food production that caters for 2,000 people per day. This includes a daily hot food menu that fits into a rotation of global food concepts.
- Cold salad bar & sandwich preparation.
- To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer needs.
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers.
- Work effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service.
- Making outstanding quality food that is ‘picture perfect’ every time.
- Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
