- Work alongside our Head Chef to deliver exceptional food and service that matches the tastes and expectations of our diverse clientele.
- Continually improve and innovate our onsite food offerings - from the restaurant and coffee bar to event hospitality.
- Build rock-solid relationships with clients, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
- Own the numbers - from cost analysis and purchasing compliance to financial reporting and gross profit management.
- Inspire and motivate your team daily, ensuring everyone is supported, trained, and performing at their best.
- Champion safety and compliance - ensuring every meal is served to the highest food safety and Compass Group standards.
