Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to Β£33,200 per annum (DOE)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday β 7am to 3pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to join our 14forty team overseeing the catering operation at our client site in Liverpool.
As the heartbeat of the site, you\βll oversee every aspect of the catering operation, from menu planning and team leadership to client relationships, budgets, compliance and service delivery. You\βll lead with passion, purpose and run the outlet like it\βs your own.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and presentation.
- Supervise food preparation and production to maintain brand standards
- Ensure marketing materials are current and aligned with company branding.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to consistently deliver high-quality service.
- Ensuring full compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Manage budgets, monitor and control costs, and provide regular financial performance reports.
- Enforce and promote company profit protection measures.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including the management and completion of all required documentation.
- Oversee procurement and inventory control to reduce waste and maximize cost-efficiency.
- Champion environmentally responsible practices throughout all aspects of the operation.
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar high-profile Catering Manager role, ideally within contract catering.
- Strong background in high-volume food service environments.
- Strong background in team leadership, client management, and financial accountability.
- Financially savvy, with expertise in stock control and budget management.
- Proficient in health, safety, and food hygiene standards (Level 3 Food Safety or equivalent preferred).
- Confident in using catering and management systems (e.g., stock control, scheduling, reporting).
