  • Build rock-solid relationships with clients, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
  • Own the numbers - from cost analysis and purchasing compliance to financial reporting and gross profit management.
  • Inspire and motivate your team daily, ensuring everyone is supported, trained, and performing at their best.
  • Champion safety and compliance - ensuring every meal is served to the highest food safety and Compass Group standards.
