We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a busy, high volume kitchen in central Brighton. This is a full time, permanent role offering an excellent work life balance with weekday shifts only.
The role:
- Supporting the Head Chef with day to day kitchen operations
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and compliance at all times
About you:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Comfortable working in a high volume kitchen
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passionate about fresh food and high standards
