Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple sites
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold Brew Social brand standards
  • Lead and develop a passionate team, managing rotas, recruitment, and training
  • Drive commercial performance through local sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor food and labour costs, ensuring efficient and effective resource use
  • Engage with key stakeholders and the local community to build strong relationships
  • Champion new ideas and continuous improvement across all cafés

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in catering or hospitality management
  • A people-focused leader with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Financially aware and confident using IT systems
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent, plus Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • A self-starter with energy, creativity, and a desire to make a difference
  • Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and knowledge of food production
