What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve meals to the highest standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with all H&S and Food Safety procedures.
- Keep accurate records and ensure equipment is safe and operational.
- Deliver consistent quality and service to avoid any failures or penalties.
- Build and maintain excellent client and customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef/Baker with a passion for food.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Motivated to deliver high standards consistently.
Essential Certifications
- BOSIET/FOET (including CA‑EBS rebreather)
- MIST
- OGUK & Food Handlers Medical
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 (or equivalent)
- Bi‑Deltoid Shoulder Measurements
- Bakery experience/qualification
Desirable
- First Aid Certification
