Help Shape the Success of Transformation at Compass. Compass Group UK Ireland is embarking on a significant transformation journey, and we're looking for a Value Assurance Lead to ensure our programmes deliver measurable business outcomes and lasting operational value. This is a unique opportunity for an analytical, commercially minded professional who thrives on turning data into insight, validating change programmes, and influencing key deployment decisions.
You'll play a pivotal role in assuring that process and technology improvements achieve their intended benefits before, during and after implementation.
The Role: As Value Assurance Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing testing, validation, deployment assurance and post-implementation monitoring across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. Working closely with Change Leads, Process Improvement Leads and Deployment Managers, you'll ensure changes are thoroughly assessed before rollout and that operational performance, adoption, risk and business outcomes are continually measured and evaluated. You'll provide evidence-based recommendations to support deployment decisions and help ensure programmes deliver genuine value.
