Medirest, part of Compass Group UK Ireland, is seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR People Partner to support our Healthcare Support Services division across London. This is a key role partnering senior operational leaders across healthcare environments, helping to deliver exceptional people solutions that drive business performance and service excellence.
The Role
As an HR People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people agenda across a diverse operational workforce. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic and operational HR expertise, supporting employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare support services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior operational leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, including those within unionised environments.
- Lead and support organisational change programmes, restructures, consultations, and TUPE transfers.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, talent development, and performance management initiatives.
