We're shaping the next generation of products, platforms and experiences for Compass Group, harnessing AI to create competitive advantage and accelerate growth.

We create, manage and deploy technology which supports our operators, clients and guests. From everyday IT support to enterprise-scale cloud engineering, cybersecurity, mobile ordering and guest-facing experiences, our work reaches across the business and into the daily lives of millions of people.

But D&T is about more than technology. It’s a place to be curious, challenge what’s possible and turn great ideas into real outcomes. A place where talented people collaborate, experiment, learn and make an impact at scale.

We own it from idea to outcome. We challenge what’s possible. And together, we’re creating better solutions, every day.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define sprint goals, manage delivery expectations and release value iteratively.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, communicating priorities, progress, risks and decisions clearly.
  • Manage cross-squad dependencies and contribute to wider tribe planning, governance and roadmap alignment.
  • Ensure security, operational risk, performance, resilience and technical sustainability considerations are incorporated into product decisions.
  • Use live service data, user feedback and operational insights to drive continuous product improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Experience owning and managing product backlogs within an agile delivery environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities while making value-based decisions.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, business analysis and operational teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Ability to translate business needs and user requirements into clear product priorities and deliverable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insight to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, customer value and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on priorities and outcomes.
