We are currently recruiting a dedicated Helpdesk Operator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part-time basis, contracted to 22 hours per week.

As a Helpdesk Operator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of helpdesk services within a busy healthcare setting. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Undertaking telephone calls in a busy Hospital Helpdesk
  • Responsible for ensuring all tasks are logged accurately and allocated to correct operative
  • Ensuring all calls are answered promptly, politely and professionally
  • Ensuring all tasks are closed off in a timely manner
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
