Nights Site Services Manager – Healthcare

Peterborough City Hospital - £35,000 Per Annum

The Role

You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day operations while supporting the delivery of a profitable, responsive, and customer‑led service in line with contractual requirements and Compass standards. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you’ll drive service excellence, cost control, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering all contractual obligations while maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to increase service satisfaction, innovation, and revenue
  • Managing labour budgets, rotas, and resourcing to achieve labour-to-revenue targets
  • Minimising agency and overtime spend through effective workforce planning and redeployment
  • Overseeing unit costs to ensure budgets are met or exceeded
  • Supporting new business mobilisation where required
  • Acting as a Compass Advocate and participating in the on-call rota
  • Leading and embedding a strong Health, Safety & Environment culture across the service
  • Ensuring all risk assessments, audits, training, and compliance requirements are met
