Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to required standard and portion specification.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen at all times.
- Ensuring correct use of all equipment.
- Recovering and storing food correctly to minimise waste.
- Assisting with the processing of food orders.
- Performing general tasks to support effective food service delivery on a daily basis.
