We are recruiting for a Catering Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Deputise in manager's absence and perform a variety of tasks associated with food production.
- Front and back of house services including food preparation, customer service, till operation, cleaning, Health & Safety, food hygiene and other general duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience leading, motivating and supervising teams within a similar environment.
- Good communication skills to be able to liaise with customers and colleagues.
- Competent in IT.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering or customer service or relevant area.
- Experience of working in a busy customer-facing role.
- Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care.
