We are recruiting for a Catering Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Deputise in manager's absence and perform a variety of tasks associated with food production.
  • Front and back of house services including food preparation, customer service, till operation, cleaning, Health & Safety, food hygiene and other general duties.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience leading, motivating and supervising teams within a similar environment.
  • Good communication skills to be able to liaise with customers and colleagues.
  • Competent in IT.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering or customer service or relevant area.
  • Experience of working in a busy customer-facing role.
  • Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care.
