The Role

  • Oversee the a la carte dining onsite on a part-time basis
  • Shift timings for the successful candidate are:
  • Tuesdays 1pm to 8:30 pm
  • Thursdays 8 am to 3:30 pm
  • Fridays 1pm to 8:30 pm

The Person

  • Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
  • Previous kitchen management experience in a similar role
  • Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
