We’re recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world‑class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for DINE on a part‑time basis, contracted to 20.5 hours per week.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday Tuesday: Nights
  • Wednesday Thursday Friday: Nights
  • Saturday: Nights
  • Sunday: Nights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
  • Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
  • Communicate regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
  • Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable each to excel.
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of catering experience.
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role.
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Aspiring and motivated individual who continually seeks improvement.
  • Passionate about great‑tasting food and exceptional customer service.
