We’re recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world‑class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for DINE on a part‑time basis, contracted to 20.5 hours per week.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday Tuesday: Nights
- Wednesday Thursday Friday: Nights
- Saturday: Nights
- Sunday: Nights
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
- Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
- Communicate regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
- Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
- Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable each to excel.
- Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of catering experience.
- Experience managing teams in a similar role.
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Aspiring and motivated individual who continually seeks improvement.
- Passionate about great‑tasting food and exceptional customer service.
