Compass Group UK&I – Defence ESS is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on Defence sites, ensuring exceptional food quality and world‑class customer service.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) contracted to 50.2 weeks per year with a shift pattern of 5 out of 7 days.
You will lead culinary teams, monitor KPIs, and uphold Health & Safety standards to protect customers and staff.
