Responsibilities
Organise and supervise the unit in accordance with Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications and statutory regulations.
Ensure efficient and effective management of the unit to provide a quality service.
Prepare, cook and serve food to agreed standards and specifications.
Use resources – including stock, team members and company assets – efficiently and economically.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge and experience of working with food
- People management skills
- Clear communication and results orientation
- Accountable leadership and customer understanding
- Proven experience managing successful teams in a similar environment
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Experience leading and managing a small team
- Minimum 2 years catering experience
- Excellent financial acumen
- IT literacy
