Based at the Change Please Café at Musgrove Park Hospital, you'll play a key role in leading a team that delivers excellent food and service while supporting a social enterprise dedicated to helping people overcome homelessness through employment opportunities and training.
As Café Manager, you'll have the personality, leadership skills, and operational expertise to influence the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer while developing and motivating your team to achieve their full potential.
- Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages to the highest standards.
