We are excited to be recruiting for a Sous Chef to work at a prestigious banking firm.**Location:**SEB, 1 Carter Lane, London, EC4V 5AN**Rate of Pay:** £39,000 - £40,000 per annum**Working Pattern:** Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, 7:00am - 3:30pm**Key Responsibilities:*** To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs* Help create staff & fine dinning menus* To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers* To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time* To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts* To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients* Cooking for up to 150 people per day**Our ideal candidate will have a contract catering background****What's in it for you?**Working with Vacherin has its perks!
