- Providing friendly, professional service to guests.
- Supporting food preparation and service.
- Helping maintain high standards of presentation across the catering operation.
- Serving food and refreshments to a consistently high standard.
- Supporting the team during events and busy service periods.
- Keeping catering and customer areas clean, organised and welcoming.
- Working alongside chefs and the wider hospitality team.
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
Flexible shifts
As this is a zero-hours contract, shifts will vary depending on business and event requirements, giving you the flexibility to work around your other commitments. Shifts can include:
- 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 9:30am - 6:00pm
There may also be opportunities to work special events and additional hours, making this ideal for someone who enjoys variety and a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Previous experience in catering, hospitality, restaurants, hotels or customer service would be an advantage, but it's not essential. If you're enthusiastic, professional and have a genuine passion for delivering great customer service, we can provide training for the right person.
