Responsibilities

  • Set standards across quality, culture, and performance

  • Act as a trusted 2IC to the Head Chef, supporting leadership and growth

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a senior culinary leadership role
  • Background in corporate catering, events, fine dining, or large-scale production
  • Strong leadership presence - able to drive standards and performance
  • Highly organised and commercially aware
  • Confident delivering premium dining and VIP experiences
  • Solid knowledge of digital HACCP, allergen management, and compliance
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to challenge, adapt, and grow
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
