- Support with allergen information, ensuring this is accurate and clearly communicated.
- Help make sure service runs smoothly and customers receive a friendly, efficient experience.
- Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
- Attending meetings and note taking
- Keeping the office tidy and presentable always
- Ordering stationery and supplies when needed
- Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed
- Producing reports and presentations
- Answering email queries, usually through a central inbox
