As a Production Chef at RHS Garden Wisley, you will be responsible for preparing high-volume sandwiches and cold items consistently, safely, and in alignment with RA Venues' specifications. You will be responsible for recipe adherence, allergen control, FSMS compliance, accurate production levels, and efficient batch preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality sandwiches and cold items to specification.
- Maintain consistency in flavour, portioning, and presentation.
- Follow recipes exactly and minimise waste.
- Ensure efficient ingredient use and correct rotation.
- Complete FSMS documentation for sandwich production (temps, CCPs, cooling, labelling).
- Follow allergen segregation and cross-contamination procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe production environment.
- Use PPE and equipment safely.
- Work collaboratively with the production team.
- Support training and development of new team members.
Experience:
- Experience in cold prep or production kitchens.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Understanding of FSMS, allergens, and chilled production.
- Experience in grab-and-go or sandwich production (desirable).
