Compass Group UK&I, Defence division ESS, is recruiting a Facilities Supervisor to support Defence operations on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) contracted to 49.2 weeks per year. The role focuses on safe, compliant facilities management and delivering high standards of service across site operations.
You will supervise frontline teams, manage stock and rotas, assist with bookwork, and ensure food handling and health & safety standards are met, while providing exceptional customer service.
