Due to business growth, we are recruiting for Heli-Admin/Steward to join our Offshore team on a 12 Month Fixed Term basis mobilising from Aberdeen or Norwich.
Responsibilities
- Utilise available resources efficiently to maintain service standards.
- Report maintenance requirements and safety concerns promptly.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
- Manage the reception service; allocation of accommodation, muster stations and lifeboat allocation.
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
- Operate personnel movements programmes to include checking of daily flights, arranging crew changes to flights.
- Ensure Vantage is accurate and up to date.
- Carry out all logistics tasks in accordance with client procedures.
- Maintain all log books and paperwork, ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld.
- Safely operate and maintain machinery, equipment and materials.
- Comply with COSHH regulations for chemical use and storage.
- Contribute to process improvements through inspections.
- Identify personal training needs and development opportunities.
- Promptly report customer complaints and take appropriate action.
