Responsibilities
- Communicate with the kitchen team and front-of-house colleagues.
- Keep all service areas clean, tidy and safe.
- Clean all cooking utensils as required by the culinary team, during preparation and service times.
- Remove kitchen waste to the appropriate area, unload and put away deliveries.
- Assist with the set-up and clear-down of your area, ready for the next service.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Operate cleaning machinery as shown and trained in accordance with company policy; remain calm during high-volume periods and within a fast-paced working environment.
- Take a driven and dependable approach to work.
- Display a friendly, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to take and give direction well.
- Possess prior experience – but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
