We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic General Assistants to join our fantastic, busy catering team at the Imperial War Museum North on a flexible, casual basis. As a General Assistant, you will be part of a hard‑working, friendly group who all have the same goal – to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors.
Compensation and Hours
- £12.71 per hour
- Zero‑hour contract
- 7‑day a week operation; weekend and evening work required
- Shifts will vary between Monday and Sunday. Successful candidates must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.
- This is a casual zero‑hours role, so hours will vary depending on the needs of the business on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and welcoming service to all visitors.
- Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Qualifications
