- Lead your section with confidence during a high-volume 7:30am-4:00pm service.
- Prepare, assemble and present premium canapés, fine-dining dishes and event food to exceptional standards.
- Maintain precision and consistency across both small-format and large-scale production.
- Support and mentor junior chefs, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- Oversee mise en place for large hospitality events and corporate functions.
- Ensure your section is clean, organised and fully compliant at all times.

Assist with stock control, deliveries, rotation, labelling and storage.
