Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Delivery & Implementation Manager to lead the successful mobilisation, implementation, and adoption of digital solutions across Compass One.
This role is focused on delivering digital projects from initiation through to go-live and operational handover, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively, stakeholders are engaged, risks are managed, and business benefits are realised.
Working across multiple technologies and operational environments, you will act as the bridge between operational teams, customers, technology teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a strong focus on user adoption and service improvement.
This is a highly visible role requiring excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, change management, problem solving and delivery skills.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Project Delivery & Implementation
- Lead the delivery of digital projects and system implementations across Compass One.
- Manage project plans, deployment schedules, milestones, dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate project activities across operational, technical and supplier teams.
- Support mobilisation activity for new business contracts, transitions and service transformations.
- Ensure projects progress through agreed governance and delivery frameworks.
- Track delivery performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Management & Change
- Build strong relationships with operational leaders, clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact during project mobilisation and implementation phases.
- Support business readiness activities to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder engagement meetings.
- Develop and execute change and communication plans to drive engagement and user adoption.
- Manage expectations, resolve issues and coordinate decision-making throughout project delivery.
- Digital Solution Deployment
- Support the implementation of Compass Digital solutions across operational services.
- Work with technology and development teams to understand system requirements and deployment activities.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance activities and go-live readiness reviews.
- Ensure implementation documentation, processes and support materials are maintained.
- Support post-go-live stabilisation and handover into business-as-usual operations.

- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through digital solutions.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and measure adoption against agreed objectives.
