Compass Group PLC is looking for a Lead Chef for their Wisley location. This role involves ensuring that dishes consistently meet quality, flavour, and presentation standards while supporting a positive guest experience. The Lead Chef will engage with food initiatives, oversee stock management, and lead a collaborative kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong cooking skills, and an understanding of FSMS and allergens.

This position offers 20 days annual leave, free parking, and on-site staff meals.
