We're recruiting an experienced Food Service Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world‑class customer service, and who can confidently motivate our team to be the best they can possibly be for Universities on a full‑time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Food Service Manager, you will have the presence and personality to influence the day‑to‑day business, helping us deliver truly incredible food experiences. Responsibilities

  • Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
  • Managing our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
  • Overseeing the catering operations, including completing weekly business returns, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
  • Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
