What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and plate consistently delicious dishes that showcase quality ingredients and attention to detail.
• Keep your section prepped, organised, full of energy and ready for every service.
• Champion food hygiene, freshness, and presentation. Every plate should tell a story.
• Collaborate with your brigade to deliver smooth, efficient service across a variety of formats.
• Share your skills with junior team and stay open to learning from others.
• Stay curious - get involved in menu development, bringing fresh ideas and foodie curiosity to the table.
  A love for great ingredients, well-executed dishes, and delivering consistently high standards.
