We're looking for an exceptional Hospitality & Events Manager to take the lead at a prestigious, fast-paced premium hospitality operation delivering high-profile events for 2,000+ guests. Plan events for some of the world's most iconic brands This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to take ownership of a £3m operation, leading premium service and large-scale events in a truly unique environment.
- Take operational ownership of high-profile events for up to 4000 guests, alongside premium dinners, corporate functions, receptions and VIP experiences.
- Own a £3m operation, drive commercial performance, operational excellence and consistently exceptional service standards.
- Manage a core team of 25, scaling to 50+ colleagues for major events.
- Deliver premium hospitality, oversee 28 corporate meeting rooms and a high-end fine-dining operation.
- Be the operational lead from set-up through to close, ensuring every detail is delivered seamlessly.
- Work closely with senior clients, the Executive Chef and wider operational teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
- Thrive on the energy of major event days, weekends and high-profile occasions. Proven experience in corporate catering, premium hospitality, stadium hospitality, racing hospitality or large-scale events.
- Strong client and stakeholder management experience - you'll be comfortable dealing with senior clients and demanding expectations.
- Experience delivering events for 1,000+ guests, ideally at significant scale.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing substantial operations and budgets.
- Strong people leadership skills, including managing agency and temporary teams.
- A proactive, "let's find a way" mindset.
- Flexibility to support approximately two weekend days per month, with paid overtime, around two evening commitments per month, and occasional out-of-hours support around international race schedules.
