If so, we are looking for someone to help us deliver exceptional customer experience for Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 12 hours per week.
As a Customer Services Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment.
This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year.
Compass Group UK&I, ESS is the Defence, Government, and Energy services sector of Compass Group UK & Ireland.
We support 250+ UK military establishments, high profile police, secure environments and government sites, along with a range of onshore and offshore facilities including platforms, drilling rigs, floatels and offices for the energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Creating attractive food and counter displays
- Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
- Handling cash and operating the cash register
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
- Having an enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Displaying passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Being an excellent team player
- Arriving equipped with a desire to succeed in your role
- Thriving under pressure
- Demonstrating outstanding timekeeping and reliability
