You will lead the Security Team and oversee security and car parking operations across the site, ensuring safety and excellent service 365 days a year.
The role requires a valid Frontline SIA Licence, leadership experience, strong communication skills and the ability to manage incidents, reporting and liaison with external agencies.
NHS/healthcare environment experience is desirable.
