We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part‑time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes real pride in what they do, in their food, and above all in its people. As a Retail Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast‑paced environment. Shift patterns: 5 out of 7 days. This role is contracted to 52 weeks per year.
Key responsibilities and qualifications:- Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
- Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
