Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day catering operation across a busy site
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing catering team
- Ensuring outstanding food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Managing budgets, labour costs, and financial performance
- Maintaining compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards
- Building strong client relationships and delivering service excellence
- Driving innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement across the operation
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a senior catering or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing large-scale catering operations
- Financially astute with budget management experience
- Passion for food, service, and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation
