As a Retail Catering Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience for our visitors at one of the UK's most iconic visitor attractions. Working within Compass Group UK & Ireland, you'll help lead frontline teams across a variety of busy catering outlets, ensuring high standards, great service, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team in the day-to-day operation of multiple catering outlets.
- Supervising, motivating, and supporting team members during service.
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.
- Managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and basic stock controls.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, health & safety, and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within high-volume catering.
- A confident communicator who leads by example.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage busy service periods.
- A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and peak trading periods.
