We’re looking for a confident, personable Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead our busy weekday coffee bars in the heart of Canary Wharf. If you are passionate about great coffee, love bringing people together, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the barista team, creating a positive, collaborative atmosphere
  • Maintain high standards of service and product quality
  • Work confidently with digital systems and POS tills
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, from opening routines to stock control
  • Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Barista training and hands-on coffee bar experience
  • Experience using digital POS tills
  • A natural team motivator with a calm, confident presence
  • Coffee certification is a bonus, but not essential
