Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals in line with service and Company standards.
  • Take ownership of your designated section, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency at all times.
  • Support senior chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
  • Assist with stock control, food rotation, and effective allergen management.
  • Work efficiently across all shift patterns to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Chef de Partie or equivalent).
  • Holds Culinary qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for great food and delivering quality service.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work both early and late shifts.
