We are seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our fantastic team that produces outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring our reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times.
  • Take responsibility for food production with a hands-on approach.
  • Drive sales through centrally driven menu planning, promotions, and preferred suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety (H&S), and COSHH regulations.
  • Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures, facilitate budgetary control, and monitor all kitchen costs against agreed budgets.
