Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for delivering excellent service in a fast paced quality C&E operation, with key segments of weddings, client events and small meetings, ensuring the highest of standards and excellent customer service.
- Working closely with General Manager and Sales Manager.
- Oversee all operational aspects of events, from planning to execution.
- Lead and manage a large variable team.
- Manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and needs.
- Compile rotas in line with budget and business needs.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- Have knowledge and experience of working within the events and hospitality industry.
- Previous experience of managing a team.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Flexible in regards to working hours.
- Able to work in a pressurised environment and able to multi-task.
