Following the successful launch of a significant new contract, we're looking for an experienced Contract Transition Manager to join us on a fixed‑term basis and play a pivotal role in guiding the contract through its next stage of development. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical operational transition, bringing together people, processes and performance to ensure long‑term success. You'll work across operational teams, support functions and senior stakeholders to embed sustainable ways of working, drive improvement and strengthen confidence in delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the overall contract transition and stabilisation programme.
- Driving operational improvements and embedding best practice.
- Supporting leaders and teams through periods of change.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinating support from central functions and subject matter experts.
- Identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining delivery momentum.
- Monitoring performance and driving accountability against agreed actions.
- Embedding Dine and Compass systems, standards and ways of working.
- Ensuring improvements are sustainable and successfully transitioned back into the operational structure.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced operational leader who combines strong project delivery skills with the ability to coach, influence and build credibility quickly. You'll bring:
- Experience leading operational transition, mobilisation, stabilisation or transformation programmes.
- A strong background within contract catering, hospitality, foodservice or other service‑led environments.
- Proven experience delivering operational improvement and change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of operational performance drivers.
- The ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and navigate complexity.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for helping teams succeed.
